Our Five Step Installation Process

Our Epoxy Flake System is a great solution for ANY Newcastle Garage, Driveway, Patio or Commercial Floor. With our 5 step process, we ensure great quality of the final product, with very low maintenance for years to come.

Grind existing surface with concrete grinder. This step removes all traces of old coatings, oils, stain, dirt and other contaminants. It also helps us reach the correct concrete profile.
Fill any cracks and holes with Epoxy filler and prime the concrete surface
Apply layer of Epoxy and broadcast flakes at 100%
Apply first coat of polyaspartic topcoat
Apply second coat of polyaspartic topcoat. The top coat will protect your new floor from wear and tear, stains, fading, damage and help it last years to come.
